Policies

Policies:

	Check-in: after 4:00 pm.
	Checkout: By 10:00 am. Late checkout fees may apply.
	Pets: Sorry we do not allow pets in any of our units.
	All units are non-smoking.
	Number of persons utilizing unit is limited to number of persons reserved.

Deposits/Cancellations/Damages Policies:

	Confirmation/security Deposit is required in the amount of one night's rental cost to confirm your booking. Full payment is required 30 days in advance. Payment is non-refundable unless we are able to re-book the chalet to another party. (charged to credit card).
	Valid credit card number required to hold reservation and for damage deposit.
	Damage deposit amount is $300-$500.00 and will be voided within 10 days of departure unless damages or missing inventory occur.
	Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
	No refund for cancellations made less than 15 days prior to arrival (unless we are able to re-book unit, then full refund).

Customer discretion/liability:

	A reservation is for a specified number of people and may not exceed the amount agreed upon.
	Chalet Vacations reserves the right to refuse or interrupt service to any guest is the situation warrants it.
	Chalet Vacations accepts no liability on behalf of the property owners.
	Chalet Vacations may at any time transfer guests to an equivalent accommodation if the reserved property becomes unavailable.
