Heather and Don Bilodeau, who also operate the famous Bilodeau School of
Skiing and Snowboarding at Panorama Mountain Village, BC. In addition to
managing the best customer service snow sports school in North America
according to an independent Colorado based research company, the Bilodeau's offer extensive experience in resort and hotel management.
Also, Don was recently awarded the internationally recognized CHA
(Certified Hotel Administrator), the highest rank by the American Hotel
and Motel Association.
